We are glad to have you shopping at the The VinylExperienc.Com. We understand you want to know what to expect once your items are purchased. The following is what you need to know for our site and hopefully put you at ease.

Product Availability

Products that are seen on the website are available as long as they are in stock. The website is updated on a regular basis throughout the day; however, it is possible that at the time you purchased your item, someone has picked the item up in the store and made the purchase. Therefore your order will be cancelled and any payment made will be refunded. Products on the website will also be available in person, in the shop, to help ensure ease of service [Prices online may be higher than those in the shop. This is due to shipping supplies/postage cost.]. The only exception to this is for products that have not been released and are available on pre-order. For these products, a process time will be provided in the description.

Process Time

All orders that are placed before 6:00 PM Central Time will be processed in the system by the end of day. These orders will go out first thing next available business day. For products that have not been released and are available on pre-order check for the processing time in the description of the product that is to be released.

Currently we only offer shipping to the continental U.S., but we are working on adding other locations.

Shipping Costs

All orders are $4.00 for the first item, for each additional item a $1.00 charge will be added to the shipping cost.

For Example: if you purchase 6 items: $5.00 (First Item) + $1.00 ( Second Item) + $1.00 (Third Item) + $1.00 (Fourth Item) + $1.00 (Fifth Item) + $1.00 (Sixth Item) = $10.00

Shipping Method & Tracking

All orders are sent using Media Mail through USPS. Once you have made your purchase you will receive an email with your tracking number. Use the tracking number to locate your package, Track Here. If you have questions about your package once it is shipped please contact USPS.

Damaged Items

If your item(s) arrive damaged, please file a claim with USPS.
